6. Objective of the job
§ Coordinate a patrimonium team (8-12 people)
§ Plan, prioritize and assign tasks to the appropriate resources in the team
§ Follow-up of the activities: can deadlines be kept, progress,…
§ Escalate & take appropriate actions for planning or capacity issues
§ Coach and follow the project leader in their projects
§ Manage projects end to end.
§ Manage budgets
§ Monitor progress on budgets & report, escalate, take countermeasures when issues
§ Manage the boundaries with other IS teams
§ Report to the IS team manager and the client
