Tasks:
primary tasks Manage non-dedicated project resources in a very political organisation.
Define and guard project scope and planning,
Use administrative procedures.
Manage the delivery of Project proposals and project plans
Track resources ensuring on-time delivery of defined deliverables.
Manage delivery, technical design, implementation and hand-over to the standing support organisation according to defined acceptance criteria and standards using standard processes.
Manage documented deliverables using QA reviews and Risk Management and Customer acceptance.
