Business knowledge of traditional electronic banking (BSI , GBS, FACET / BSO, MC, ON) and ERP systems advantageous.
Knowledge of international cash management, payments (domestic, foreign), online services and on-boarding processes, on-boarding procedures incl. UA, CUA and DUA.
5+ years experience, preferable in Sales / Implementation, Solution Delivery or Customer Migration
Extended experience in staffing and team management, including team building
Strong client facing experience, advanced communication skills
Strong conflict resolution skills
Written and verbal English, other languages also advantageous
Ability to work independently
PC experience, Lotus Notes and Internet technologies and Internet development
Highly initiative and independent
Strong proactive decision-making
Strong team player
