Korte opdrachtomschrijving:
The objectives of the job are to maintain the quality and continuity of the production and QA
environments of the branch, phonebanking and internet banking applications.
This is done by:
a. industrialization of standard work like implementations and other work requests
b. solving incidents and problems (2nd level)
c. defining and describing standard solutions in a knowledge base
d. Planning and executing changes following the internal procedures and quality checks.
Gevraagde kwaliteiten:
Required level and content of education:
University graduate.
Personal skills Autonomous
Able to analyse and understand complex issues
Good relational contacts
Excellent interpersonal skills
Flexible
Quality oriented and have a good risk’s perception
Understanding of financial markets will be an asset
Occasionally travelling (Netherlands, Luxembourg)
Can cope with stress and pressure from customers waiting
for solutions
Mandatory: At least 2 years of work experience in informatics’
infrastructure
Very strong technical background
Work with an experienced team of professional IT expert
Good knowledge of Windows systems, networks and end
user applications
Experience with informatics’ architecture follow up
Experience with system’s integration on several technical
platform
Excellent English writing and verbal communication skills
Analytic capabilities to analyse incidents
Preferable: Knowledge of ITIL (incident management processes)
Process automation
Documenting and technical writing of procedures
Business experience required
Mandatory: 3+ years of professional experience in managing
applications for online transaction systems

Mandatory: Windows 2003/XP
UNIX and Websphere
Experience on 2nd level application support
Preferable: Network technology concepts
Functional experience required:
Mandatory: IBM Websphere Voice Response IVR solutions
