Omschrijving

1. Contributes to the PMO and Management & Control teams

- Supports the Head of PMO

- Contributes to forums involving the PMO team and wider Management & Control team

- Networks with other (S)BU CIO PMO Officers

2. Provides programme portfolio oversight and reporting

- Tracks and monitors projects against agreed objectives and timelines

- Ensures regular reporting on the progress and status of assigned delivarebles for IT programmes across TB DM

- Seeks resolution of risks / issues (i.e. changes in scope) arising from vendors or other work streams, which will effect the delivery of project plans

- Manages the tracking of programme key deliverables and facilitates the review process

- Ensures the maintenance of a programme documents library

3. Monitors the delivery of TB DM programmes

- Oversees cross TB DM project delivery

- Liaises with Client Delivery, Programme and Project Managers to ascertain issues and risks within and across projects and works together to resolve them

- Works with CDM Managers to monitor and report on IT programmes

4. Ensures the utilization of standardized PMO standards, processes and templates

- Ensures the use of established ABN AMRO PMO methods, standards, tools, TB DM PMO Officer processes and templates within TB DM

- Manages the rollout of consistent PMO processes and tools

5. Facilitates the sharing of best practices and learnings

- Supports discussions and the sharing of best practices and learnings in the PMO area

- Promotes an organisational learning culture within PMO team

to the position
