Essential:
Proven Project Management Capability
Experience of team management
Experience of commercial agreements and demonstrable ability to manage high value contracts successfully
Ability to support tender evaluation and generate business cases.
Ability to drive organisational transformations
Good oral and written communication skills (Dutch and English)
Desirable:
A good understanding of the power market and the operational considerations when running a power assets
Bijzonderheden
1. Development of the project plan and budget and ensure that the project is delivered in accordance with that plan.
2. Ensuring that the project team is appropriately resourced;
3. Develop processes to successfully manage the implementation of Rijnmond Tolling Agreement.
4. Ensuring, via the project team, that the necessary commercial negotiations (incl. fuel supply and transportation agreements) are delivered to schedule and are value maximising over the period of the agreements.
