� Syfact is a third party standard case investigation tool that supports
all case investigation processes. Syfact version 2.2 and was used by
Group compliance GC and Group security GS.
� GS has migrated to a Syfact GE and GC stayed on version 2.2, both
versions have their own infrastructure.
GC wishes to incorporate the two versions.
Wensen/eisen � This involves the data migration from version 2.2 to the
infrastructure of version 3.3.5.
