� Operational management support regarding Websphere MQ
� Prepare/analyse the installation of Websphere MQ and related activities
� Coordination of Websphere MQ related incidents
� Supervise documentation creation/maintenance
� Willing to work in shifts (07:00 - 19:00)
� Willing to work in weekends
� Willing to rotate within a standby schedule
Wensen/eisen
� HBO+ working level and intellectual capacity
� Minimum 2 years of Websphere MQ support and significant leadership
capabilities
� Knowledge of UNIX environments (SUN Solaris, HP, AIX, Linux), AS/400
� environments and Wintel based platforms
� Good command of Dutch and English (both verbal and written)
� Knowledge of the ITIL processes
� The ability to meet deadlines. Stress resistant
� The ability to adopt new know-how
