Experience with PeopleSoft (PeopleTools Technology Stack), and
preferably General Ledger or EPM Financials. Knowledge of AIX and Oracle
databases.
Technical knowledge - wanted:
Performance optimization, tuning performance on IBM midrange platforms
(P570). If you have substantial technical experience with Oracle
eBusiness Suite and would like to extend your expertise to PeopleSoft,

Name of the project and ( project description:
You’re working as representative of a service management department in
both (migration) projects and in incident & problem management.
Description tasks employee:
- Analyzing and solving incidents and problems (based on ITIL processes);
- Upgrading of PeopleSoft components and related middleware;
- Involvement in improvement activities regarding batch performance and
stability of the applications together with application managers and dba�s;
- Setup of test environments and supporting application managers in testing;
- Migrating and implementing (functional) changes;
Remarks / Comments:
As technical PeopleSoft specialist your responsible for installation,
configuration and availability of PeopleSoft implementations in the
Finance domain.
It concerns General Ledger and Financial EPM installations on AIX /
Oracle platform for several financial controlling departments within ING NL.
In cooperation with colleagues you take care of changes, migrations and
incident management. Standby duties are part of the job.
